Unified Group Services Names CFO and Increases Staff

Unified Group Services, a Third Party Administrator for Self-Insured Group Health Plans, has named Andrew Eller as its new Chief Financial Officer.

In addition to his new position as CFO, Eller will continue his responsibilities of Benefit Analyst where he works in conjunction with broker partners to analyze employer benefit plans and negotiate renewals. He also exclusively projects benefit plan savings opportunities through Claims Replay software which reviews actual client data and the impact of benefit plan design changes.

Eller joined Unified in 2006 and has been an integral part in managing the growth of the reporting portal. Brokers and customers have secure internet access to detailed reporting as current as the prior day’s close of business.

Originally from Kokomo, Indiana, Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness Management from Purdue in 2003. He completed his Masters Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and obtained his CPA in 2009.

Havenstrite Expands Wellness Department

Unified Group Services, Inc. is expanding its Wellness Department with the addition of Corinne Havenstrite. She will build on the already established customer programming by helping to engage health plan members through custom wellness plans. In addition, Havenstrite will act as Unified’s relationship manager for Change Healthcare. Change Healthcare offers consumer driven engagement tools that enable members to act on savings opportunities for Prescription Drug and Medical services.

Originally from Middletown, Indiana, Corinne is a graduate of Shenandoah High School. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ball State in 2002. For the past 4 years, Corinne worked in the nursing field while finishing her MBA and Master’s Degree in Nursing from Anderson University.

Sales Executive Joins Unified Team

Unified Group Services welcomes Forrest Williamson as its new Sales Executive. A University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in Business and Economics, Forrest is eager to develop relationships with broker partners, while also branching out to introduce Unified to other agencies interested in self-funded employer benefit plans.

This new sales position at Unified was established to solidify their role in the broker community. Unified is committed to providing broker and consultant partners with custom detailed reporting, time and cost saving technology for their customers.

“Our goal is to show the value our organization can provide to our consultant partners, and they in turn can assist their customers with making informed healthcare decisions.” Williamson notes.

Forrest and his family relocated to the Indianapolis community and he is excited about the opportunity to work with the Indiana Chamber’s Small Business of the Year award winner.
